Please read our terms and conditions carefully as making a purchase is acceptance of these terms.
You confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and / or have the legal right to possess adult material in your community and you are not offended by adult material. If you use this site or order products from it in violation of this agreement, you understand you may be in violation of your country's laws and are solely responsible for your own actions and by entering this website, you will have released and discharged the providers, owners and creators of this site from any and all liability which might arise.
CANCELLATION & FAULTY GOODS
Your satisfaction is important to us. However, because of the personal nature of our products an exchange or refund service is not available. Please choose carefully before you buy. If a product has a manufacturing defect, then you should return that product and it will be exchanged for a duplicate product only.
Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 provide the consumer with the rights to cancel orders. Within these rules there is provision for personal products, Section (13) Part (1) Subsection (C) such as sex aids and lingerie and videos, Subsection (D), which due to their nature can not be returned, therefore, orders can not be cancelled or a refund given once received.
RETURNING GOODS
Please read through the following steps carefully if you wish to return goods to us.
Our returns conditions are:
1. The goods MUST BE UNUSED (we adhere to strict health and hygiene conditions).
2. The goods must be in their original condition & packaging.
3. The goods must be received back at our office within 14 days from the day you placed your order.
(We recommend all returns be sent recorded delivery and you keep proof of posting as we have no responsibility for items lost in transit.)
If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met then we reserve the right to return the goods to you without notice. Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non refundable and non exchangeable.
DELIVERY
There is a flat rate worldwide £3.90 postage & packaging charge for each order and is non refundable if you choose to return any goods.
If your order is returned to us as UNDELIVERABLE because you made an error when filling out your address, or, if you are not present to accept your parcel and you do not collect it within 7 days from your local Post Office, it will be returned to our warehouse; there will be an additional postage charge of £3.90 if you require it to be sent out to you again.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
We take great care in describing products as accurately as possible, we reserve the right to alter, withdraw or amend any description without prior notice, due mainly to manufacturers changes and improvements. It is sometimes necessary to send a substitute item or improved version of a product, if this is not acceptable to you, please notify us at the time of placing your order. Where dimensions and sizes are given, these are approximate. Colours and materials may differ slightly to those shown due to colour variations through electronic media and connection quality. If in doubt, please contact us before you order for clarification purposes. Batteries are not supplied with products unless stated. |
